Can I find out who created a tag?

When to use

  • You want to know which person created or changed a tag
  • You are auditing the account's tags and want to understand where one of them came from

How it works

Cloud Chat does not record who created a tag. Creating, editing or deleting a tag is also not recorded in the "Registros de Auditoria" (Audit Logs).

The creation date of each tag is included in the "Exportar CSV" (Export CSV) file from the tags screen ("Configurações > Tags" (Settings > Tags), in the arrow next to the "Adicionar tag" (Add tag) button). It helps you cross-check who was configuring the account on that day.
