Explanation of the tables and columns in the Report Builder β€” ClaudIA and Cloud Chat topics

Last updated on Jul 22, 2026

When to use

  • You are building a report in the new reports and need to understand which tables and columns are available in the ClaudIA and Cloud Chat topics

  • You want to understand what each field means before using it in an analysis

  • You need to identify the right table for a specific analysis (conversations, messages, CSAT, campaigns, agent and team metrics)

About this article

A quick reference of the tables and columns in the new reports module, organized by topic:

  • ClaudIA topic β€” data from conversations handled by ClaudIA (AI): conversations, messages, generated responses, audit feedback, CSAT, and knowledge base content

  • Cloud Chat topic β€” operational data from Cloud Chat: conversations, first responses, CSAT, tags, contacts, active outbound sends (campaigns), and daily agent and team metrics

Columns ending in Sk are internal keys used to relate the tables to one another β€” they are not listed below. The Etl Updated At column, present in several tables, indicates when the record was last updated in the data lake.

Cross-referencing ClaudIA and Cloud Chat

The tables of the two topics connect through the conversation: the Cloudchat Id column (ClaudIA topic) corresponds to the Conversation Uuid column (Cloud Chat topic). This relationship is already configured β€” when building an analysis, just combine fields from both sides.
