What is the limit of numbers on WhatsApp Business Platform?
When you use the official WhatsApp API (WABA), your account has a limit on how many phone numbers can be added and connected.
This limit is controlled by Meta based on technical and reputational criteria.
What is the initial limit?

If the Business Manager is not verified, the default limit is: 2 numbers per WABA

If the Business Manager is verified, the limit can be increased to up to 20 numbers, but this is not automatic
Important:
Even after company verification, Meta may maintain the limit at 2, 5, 10, or another value below 20, depending on a combination of criteria (see below).
It is possible to increase the volume to more than 20 lines, but as you'll see below, you will need to open a support ticket with Meta to request this exception.
What criteria influence the limit?
In addition to company verification, Meta also considers:

If your account is not verified yet:

If your account is already verified, but you:
