ClaudIA Panel Access Release via Cloud Chat

Overview Now, account administrators can grant an agent access to the ClaudIA Panel directly from Cloud Chat, without the need to open a ticket or use another tool. The release is performed on the agent editing screen, in two separate fields: one to select the Claudia Projects (you can choose as many as needed) and another to select the Controlled Flow Workspaces. How to grant agent access to the ClaudIA Panel 1. Go to Settings → Agents 2. Find the agent in the list and click Edit 3. On the editing screen, select the Claudia Projects the agent should have access to 4. Choose the Controlled Flow Workspaces the agent should access 5. Click Save Access to the ClaudIA Panel is granted instantly. The agent can log in to the ClaudIA Panel using the same credentials as Cloud Chat. Common scenario: new agent needing ClaudIA Panel access The process involves two steps: 1. Register the agent normally in Settings → Agents → Add Agent 2. After creating the agent, click Edit on the newly registered agent and select the Projects and Workspaces About the fields | Field | Function | | --- | --- | | Claudia Projects | Defines which Claudia projects the agent will access. Multiple can be selected. | | Controlled Flow Workspaces | Defines which Controlled Flow workspaces the agent will access. Multiple can be selected. | Both fields are independent — you can grant access to only Claudia, only Controlled Flows, or both. Frequently Asked Questions Who can grant ClaudIA Panel access? Only users with Administrator profile see these fields on the editing screen. How do I remove an agent's access to the ClaudIA Panel? Open the agent in Settings → Agents → Edit, uncheck the Projects and Workspaces you want to remove, and save. Does the agent receive an email notifying them of access? No. The grant is silent. Internally coordinate with the agent that access has been granted. Can I edit an agent's access as many times as I want? Yes. Changes are applied each time you save. What if I don't see these fields on the screen? Make sure you're logged in as an Administrator. If the fields still do not appear, contact the Cloud Humans team.

[Cloud Chat] Ticket Transfer to Level 2 (L2)

1) What is L2 Transfer? It is the process (handover) where ClaudIA stops automated assistance and redirects the conversation to a human (team or agent) in the helpdesk. Why it happens: to ensure that complex, sensitive, or frustrating cases are handled by people, with context and actions that AI cannot perform. 2) When does ClaudIA transfer to L2? ClaudIA can transfer automatically based on various triggers. For each trigger, we explain what happens and what you can do: a) Low Confidence - What it is: ClaudIA assesses the confidence score of responses found in the knowledge base. If the score is repeatedly low, it indicates that the AI does not have a reliable answer. - How it works (internal step-by-step): 1. ClaudIA searches for relevant content in the database. 2. Calculates a confidence score for each content piece. 3. If the score falls below the configured threshold, it increments a counter (count_limit). 4. When the counter reaches the set limit, it triggers a handover. - What the admin should do: review the Low Confidence Threshold and Count Limit, improve Level 1 (responses) content, and test in staging. b) Explicit Customer Request - What it is: the customer asks to speak with a human (e.g., "I want to speak with a representative"). - How it works (internal step-by-step): 1. The intent detector recognizes predefined phrases/intents. 2. ClaudIA performs an immediate handover. - What the admin/training should do: adjust the list of phrases/intents that trigger handover; test variations (e.g., "agent", "human support", "real person"). c) Frustration Detection - What it is: ClaudIA accumulates signs of dissatisfaction (words, repeated complaints, tone) and generates a frustration score. - How it works: when the score exceeds the limit, a transfer is triggered to prevent worsening the experience. - What to do: review the frustration threshold; train containment messages before handover; monitor frequent causes. d) Message Limit (Very Long Conversation) - What it is: when a conversation exceeds a configured number of messages (e.g., 30), a transfer is triggered to avoid loops and loss of context. - What to do: adjust the Message Limit to your flow or enable partial routing. e) Content Marked as N2 (Direct Escalation) - What it is: some topics in the knowledge base can be intentionally marked as N2 — always forwarded to a human. - What to do: review the list of contents marked as N2 and ensure only truly complex cases are marked. f) Manual Takeover (Forced Handover / “Take Over”) - What it is: an agent or supervisor can interrupt ClaudIA and assume the ticket. - What to do: train agents to use the “Take Over” button correctly and ensure ClaudIA properly exits the interaction. 3) What happens during transfer? (operational step-by-step) 1. Trigger detected (one of the above). 2. Message to customer — ClaudIA sends a standard (configurable) message informing that a transfer will occur. - Note: if enabled, transfer may happen without sending a message. 3. Create an internal note with: reason for handover, scores (if applicable), last conversation snippets, and content attempted. 4. Apply tags that describe the subject. 5. Forward the ticket to the configured L2 group (or the group defined by tags). 6. L2 agent assumes: opens the ticket, reads the note/transcript, and continues the support. 4) Tags and Routing — how to ensure the ticket reaches the right team (step-by-step) 1. Verify Tagger: confirm the tag engine is active and with correct rules. 2. Map tags → groups: in the integration panel, define that billing goes to Billing Team, technical to Technical Support, etc. 3. Test mapping: create test conversations that trigger each tag and confirm the ticket reaches the correct group. 4. If NO_TAG appears: - Check if the conversation triggered any content. - If not, review the Tagger rules/expressions or add fallback tags. 5) Configuration for administrators — practical step-by-step 1. Create ClaudIA account/agent in the helpdesk. 2. Create the N2 group(s) in the helpdesk (e.g., N2 Support, Billing). 3. Configure integration / webhook between Cloud Chat and your helpdesk. 4. Map tags → groups in the integration panel. 5. Adjust triggers in ClaudIA’s ClaudIA panel: - Low Confidence Threshold (e.g., 0.5–0.6 as a starting point) - Count Limit (e.g., 3 attempts) - Message Limit (e.g., 30) - Frustration Threshold (e.g., 0.7) - Enable/disable "handover without message" according to policy. 6. Customize default messages (user message and internal note template). 7. Test in staging: simulate low confidence, customer request, frustration, and long conversation. 8. Publish / monitor: after deployment, track handover rates, NO_TAG instances, and most frequent reasons. 6) Quick guide for N2 agents — step-by-step when receiving a ticket from ClaudIA 1. Open the ticket and read the internal note immediately. 2. Read the latest messages (partial transcript provided by ClaudIA). 3. Check applied tags — helps prioritize and route. 4. Take over the conversation (change owner/status as per your process). 5. Initial message to the customer (suggestion): - "Hello [Name], this is [Your Name] from [Team]. I will continue the support that started with ClaudIA regarding [subject]. Can you confirm [data/latest action]?" 6. Record internal actions and update the ticket with resolutions, attachments, or notes. 7. Close the ticket when resolved. 7) Common issues and quick solutions (step-by-step) - Transfer does not reach the team: 1. Check if webhook/integration is active. 2. Verify if the N2 group exists and is active in the helpdesk. 3. Test with a staging handover and review logs. - Ticket without tags (NO_TAG): 1. See if ClaudIA triggered any content. 2. Review Tagger rules and add fallback tag if needed. - Too many handovers due to low confidence: 1. Increase Count Limit or adjust Low Confidence Threshold. 2. Improve/add more comprehensive Level 1 content. - ClaudIA continues responding after "Take Over": 1. Check if "Take Over" was registered in the helpdesk. 2. If necessary, restart manual handover and have the team monitor the ticket. 8) Practical examples (scenarios with step-by-step) Scenario A — Low Confidence - Customer: "Why was I charged twice?" - ClaudIA: attempts answers with scores 0.28, 0.31, 0.29 → Count Limit reached. - Action: ClaudIA sends a handover message, creates a note: Low confidence, tags the ticket as billing, and forwards to Billing Team. - L2 Agent: opens ticket, reviews note, responds explaining next steps. Scenario B — Explicit Request - Customer: "I want to talk to a representative." - ClaudIA: recognizes intent → immediate handover. - Note created: Customer requested human. - Agent: takes over and responds empathetically. Scenario C — Frustration Detected - Customer sends repeated messages with an aggressive tone. - ClaudIA detects high frustration score → handover. - Note: Frustration detected (score 0.82). - Agent: quickly takes over, apologizes for the experience, and suggests next steps.

What the support ClaudIA is and how to access it

When to use this - You want to understand what the support ClaudIA solves and how it can help you - You want to know where to access ClaudIA inside Cloud Chat - You want to know the response time and when the conversation is handed off to someone on the team What ClaudIA is ClaudIA is Cloud Humans' support AI. It helps you right in the Cloud Chat chat and is in a pilot phase — the more you use it, the better it gets. It always identifies itself as an AI and, when needed, transfers the conversation to someone on the team with full context. :::info ClaudIA is an informational resource: it explains, guides, and investigates, but it does not change settings or perform actions in the systems. When that is needed, it forwards the request to the team. ::: What ClaudIA does - Answers questions about how the products work — Cloud Chat, ClaudIA (including the "Agentes Especialistas" (Specialist Agents)) and "Fluxos Controlados" (Controlled Flows): setup, concepts, expected flows, tag hierarchy, handover behavior, and the classic "how do I". The source is the Help Center, updated daily. - Investigates a specific conversation — send the ticket number or link and it analyzes the case and explains what happened: why it answered a certain way, why there was a handover, why a certain tag was applied, or why the Fluxo Controlado took that path. Always based on evidence. :::warning Response time - Questions about content and how things work: answer in a few seconds. - Investigation of a specific ticket: it may take a few minutes, because the case is analyzed in depth. Feel free to wait — that is part of the processing. ::: How to access it In Cloud Chat, click the orange chat widget in the bottom-left corner of the screen to open the chat with ClaudIA. Send your question or the ID/link of a ticket and you are all set. :::info To investigate a conversation, include the ticket number or link in your message. Without that reference, ClaudIA will ask for it before moving forward. ::: Widget de chat (laranja) no canto inferior esquerdo do Cloud Chat Notes - ClaudIA is in a pilot phase — your feedback helps improve it, so tell us what you thought at the end of the conversation. - To understand how ClaudIA is integrated and works inside Cloud Chat: Como integrar a ClaudIA ao Cloud Chat e adicionar canais - To learn when and how ClaudIA transfers to an agent: Como funciona a transferência de chamados para Nível 2 (N2) no Cloud Chat com a ClaudIA

How to Prevent ClaudIA from Responding in Campaigns and Proactive Sends

When to Use - You are sending a campaign and do not want ClaudIA to respond automatically when the customer replies. - You are performing single proactive sends and want only a human agent to handle it. - You want to prevent ClaudIA from replying to specific contacts via API. Prerequisites - Logged in as an administrator or CX Engineer. - Knowledge of ClaudIA automations already configured in the account. :::warning Caution: Be careful when modifying ClaudIA automations — incorrect changes can break the IA functionality across all tickets. Make only the changes described in this article. ::: About this article You can use this feature to prevent the AI from initiating service in conversations started proactively. Three scenarios are covered: 1. Campaigns 2. Single proactive sends 3. Proactive sends via API About this article This is an umbrella guide that consolidates, in one place, how ClaudIA behaves in campaigns and proactive sends: how it works internally, how to block the AI, why it might close tickets, how to organize sends into a separate inbox, and what are the variable limits in templates. For step-by-step campaign creation, refer to ++How to send messages via campaign in Cloud Chat++. How ClaudIA works in Cloud Chat: the two automations ClaudIA is not a separate robot operating outside the platform. Inside Cloud Chat, it is an AI agent (appears as an account agent, e.g.: ClaudIA FAQ) and only acts because two automations run together in your account, under Settings → Automation: | Automation | Event | What it does | | --- | --- | --- | | [Cloud Humans] Trigger for Assignment | Conversation Created | Assigns the conversation to the ClaudIA agent (and the team) and triggers the event for ClaudIA's brain. | | [Cloud Humans] Trigger for Webhook | Message Created | For each new message received, sends the content to ClaudIA to process — only when the conversation is already assigned to ClaudIA. | :::info In summary: the first automation decides if ClaudIA should take over the conversation; the second determines what is sent for it to respond. Both work together — therefore, any adjustments to turn the AI on or off are made in these automations, not via a standalone button. ::: What each automation contains The [Cloud Humans] Trigger for Assignment runs on the event Conversation Created with conditions: - Inbox equals your support inbox (e.g.: Support) - Status equals Open actions performed: Assign Agent → ClaudIA, Assign Team and Send Webhook Event. The [Cloud Humans] Trigger for Webhook runs on the event Message Created with conditions: - Message Type equals Incoming Message (message received from the customer) - Responsible Name equals ClaudIA action performed: Send Webhook Event. :::warning Since the assignment condition requires Status = Open, tickets starting with the status Proactive Campaign are not automatically assigned to ClaudIA at the time of sending. This is the exact point you should adjust to control whether AI responds in campaigns. ::: 1. Campaigns Configure the automation so that ClaudIA is not assigned when the conversation originates from a campaign. Step 1 — Access Settings → Automation Step 2 — Edit [Cloud Humans] Trigger for Assignment Step 3 — Ensure status only allows "Open" In the modal, ensure the Status condition allows only the Open value. Step 4 — Save Click Update. :::info Campaign tickets only transition to Open when the customer responds — prior to that, they stay in Proactive Campaign status. Since the condition now requires Open, ClaudIA is not automatically assigned at this moment. ::: 2. Single proactive sends Configure the automation so that ClaudIA is not assigned during single proactive sends. Step 1 — Access Settings → Automation (Same screens as previous section) Step 2 — Edit [Cloud Humans] Trigger for Assignment Step 3 — Configure Assignee comparator Ensure the Assignee condition has the Not present comparator. Step 4 — Save :::info Since single sends are created with an assigned agent (the one who sent it), the condition "Assignee not present" ensures ClaudIA does not replace this agent. ::: 3. Proactive sends via API Here, the control is different: you create a custom contact attribute that the system uses to decide whether ClaudIA responds. :::info This works for proactive contacts as well as normal contacts. If you want it to apply only during proactive contact, follow the final step in this section. ::: Step 1 — Create custom contact attribute 1. Access Settings → Custom Attributes 2. Click Create New Attribute :::warning IMPORTANT: select Contact Attributes (not Conversation). ::: 3. Fill in: - Display Name: something obvious (e.g.: "Skip ClaudIA") - Description: what the attribute represents - Type: checkbox 4. Click Create Step 2 — Add attribute to automation Access Settings → Automation. Select the Message Created automation and click Edit. :::error Be careful not to make other changes — this could break ClaudIA’s operation in all tickets. ::: Click Add condition without removing existing conditions. The newly created attribute appears in the list. Click on it and select: - Operator: Different from - Value: True :::info Logic: as long as the field is not true, ClaudIA responds. When it is true, it does not reply to that customer. ::: Click Update. Step 3 — Check the checkbox on contact Go to Contacts, select the contact, and check the box for the created attribute. To make it APPLY ONLY to proactive contacts (not in normal tickets) :::warning When the attribute is marked before sending the proactive message, ClaudIA does not interfere with the interaction. But it is crucial to remove the attribute from the ticket immediately after sending the message. What happens next: if the customer replies, the ticket remains with a human agent. ClaudIA only takes over if the customer opens a new ticket. ::: Notes - To understand how ClaudIA is integrated and how the automation flow works that we just edited: How to integrate ClaudIA with Cloud Chat and add channels - To understand when ClaudIA transfers to a human (N2): How the ticket transfer to Level 2 (N2) works with ClaudIA - To create custom attributes before using them as triggers: How to create custom contact and conversation fields - To create proactive campaigns: How to send campaign messages in Cloud Chat - For single sends: How to send proactive messages in Cloud Chat - For API-based sends: How to send proactive WhatsApp messages via API

How to Take Over a Conversation Handled by ClaudIA through Cloud Chat

From now on, while a conversation is being handled by ClaudIA, you can take over the chat in a controlled manner: Cloud Chat notifies ClaudIA, she stops responding, and the ticket becomes available for you to continue from where it left off. Directly from the Cloud Chat interface. This article covers: - How an agent takes over a ClaudIA conversation - How an admin configures who can do this on the account - What happens behind the scenes when you confirm the transfer https://www.loom.com/share/65dd518fdacd4bea91cc34e176e33246 For agents: how to take over a conversation You can trigger the transfer in two ways, both with the same outcome. 1. From the conversation sidebar With the conversation open, go to the "Assigned to" section in the right sidebar and select your name (or another human agent) from the dropdown. 2. From the reply box If you open a conversation assigned to ClaudIA, the option "Assign to me" will appear before you can respond. Clicking it initiates the transfer flow. The confirmation modal In both cases, before finalizing, a modal appears: This modal is intentional. Taking over a conversation is a significant action — ClaudIA stops responding — so we require explicit confirmation. In conversations not assigned to ClaudIA, the assignment continues silently, as before. While the system processes, the button changes to "Transferring" and is disabled until the transfer completes. Error messages you might see | Message | What happened | What to do | | --- | --- | --- | | "You do not have permission to transfer this conversation assigned to AI." | Your profile is not enabled to perform AI handoff. | Contact the account administrator to review allowed profiles. | | "Session expired. Please log in again to perform the transfer." | Your login expired during the process. | Log in again to CloudChat and try again. | | "Failed to transfer the ticket. Service temporarily unavailable. Try again." | ClaudIA is temporarily offline. | Wait a few seconds and try again. If persistent, contact Cloud Humans support. | In any of these cases, the conversation owner automatically reverts to the previous state — ClaudIA remains assigned and you do not end up with a half-handled ticket. Try again once the issue is resolved. For admins: configuring who can take over By default, all profiles on your account can take over ClaudIA conversations. If you want to restrict this, go to: Account Settings → General → "Profiles allowed to take over AI conversations" It’s a multi-select. Check or uncheck according to your team’s policy. What each profile means The list below goes from the most permissive profile to the least — each one inherits the levels above. | Profile | Description | | --- | --- | | Admin | Has full access to all resources. | | CX Engineer | Has access to supervisor functions, AI configurations and tools, and can create and edit controlled flows. | | Supervisor | Can view and respond to user messages, edit shortcuts, and manage reports. | | Agent | Can view and respond to user messages and edit shortcuts. | | Assistant | Can only view and respond to conversations assigned to them or unassigned; does not see other messages. | If a profile is not checked, anyone with that profile who tries to take over a ClaudIA conversation will receive a "permission denied" message and the transfer won’t happen. :bulb: Recommendation: If you don’t have a clear policy yet, leave the default (all enabled) and adjust later based on actual usage. Restricting too much early on can cause unnecessary friction. What happens on ClaudIA’s side when you confirm When you confirm the transfer, CloudChat doesn’t just change the assignee — it explicitly notifies ClaudIA. On ClaudIA’s side: 1. Selects the most relevant escalation tag and generates a summary of what has happened in the conversation so far 2. Posts an internal note in the conversation recording the reason for the transfer 3. Marks the ticket as resolved with the reason "forced transfer to human" 4. Stops responding — from this point on, the conversation is yours This brings three benefits: - No competition: ClaudIA won’t respond in parallel while you’re handling the chat - Clean history: logs why the AI stopped responding, making audits and reviews easier - Accurate metrics: this chat appears in ClaudIA reports as "transferred by agent," not as abandonment or error Frequently Asked Questions Can I revert the conversation back to ClaudIA after taking over? No. Once transferred, ClaudIA marks the ticket as resolved on her side and doesn’t resume chat handling. If you need AI assistance again, you’ll need to create a new conversation. Why does the modal appear every time I assign a person to a ClaudIA-handled conversation? Because taking over the chat turns off ClaudIA for that conversation — it’s a system behavior change. In conversations not assigned to AI, the assignment remains silent. Does the permitted profiles setting apply to all inboxes or just some? It applies to the entire account — not configurable per inbox.

How to integrate ClaudIA with Cloud Chat and add channels

When to use this - You want to understand how ClaudIA integrates with Cloud Chat - You want to add ClaudIA to a new channel that is not covered yet - You want to avoid automation conflicts that affect how ClaudIA works Prerequisites - Be logged in as an administrator or CX Engineer in Cloud Chat - Have the channel (inbox) you want to cover already set up About this tutorial In this article you will learn how the ClaudIA integration with Cloud Chat works, why it is important to keep the settings untouched, and how to add ClaudIA to a new channel so she starts handling it. Instructional video: https://youtu.be/O7u9rL149ao What ClaudIA is in Cloud Chat ClaudIA acts as an agent inside Cloud Chat. Literally an agent. Every incoming ticket is automatically assigned to her through the automations. When you open the "Agentes" (Agents) section, you will find the ClaudIA user: :::error Do not delete or change the ClaudIA user. Doing so can negatively impact how she works. ::: How ClaudIA is activated The automations are responsible for assigning tickets to ClaudIA. There are two main automations: 1. One to call ClaudIA 2. Another to assign the contact to her :::warning Avoid creating automations that conflict with these two. For example, when a ticket comes in, it is essential that it is always routed to ClaudIA. Otherwise, she will stop replying, or she may reply in a conflicting way and in parallel with a human agent. ::: :::info If you have any doubt when creating a new automation, contact support before activating it, to avoid breaking how ClaudIA works. ::: How to add ClaudIA to another channel Step 1 — Make sure ClaudIA is in the new inbox First of all, confirm that ClaudIA has been added as an agent in the new channel's inbox — otherwise, she cannot handle it. Step 2 — Go to Automations 1. Go to "Configurações → Automações" (Settings → Automations) Step 3 — Edit the first trigger 1. Click "Editar" (Edit) on the first trigger 2. In the "Caixa de entrada (Inbox)" (Inbox) field, add the new channel and click "Atualizar" (Update) Step 4 — Repeat for the second trigger Apply the same procedure to the second trigger. :::success With that, ClaudIA starts replying to the tickets that come in through the new channel. ::: Notes - For details on how to manage automations: How to manage automations in Cloud Chat - To understand the events that trigger automations: How the events that trigger automations in Cloud Chat work - To understand when ClaudIA transfers to a human (N2): Ticket transfer to Level 2 (N2) - To understand user profiles (CX Engineer has access to the ClaudIA platform): User permission types / profiles in Cloud Chat

Return Conversation to ClaudIA After Human Support

https://cloudchat.cloudhumans.com/rails/active_storage/blobs/redirect/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsibWVzc2FnZSI6IkJBaHBBMThtT1E9PSIsImV4cCI6bnVsbCwicHVyIjoiYmxvYl9pZCJ9fQ==--7d956386db5dd24052a80cbb4375962f8dcc9d75/devolver-claudia-externo.mp4 When to Use - When the conversation only needed human intervention for a moment (e.g., generating a second copy, granting access, approving an exception) and the rest of the support can be handled by ClaudIA. - When the customer sends a simple question after the agent resolved their part. - When the operation wants to keep agents for cases that truly require human assistance. Prerequisites :::info Return to ClaudIA is activated by the Cloud Humans team, on a per-account basis. If it’s not working for your team, request activation through support. ::: - Cloud Chat account with return to ClaudIA enabled. - Inbox connected to ClaudIA. - Open conversation. Resolved conversations need to be reopened first. About This Article This article explains how to return a conversation to ClaudIA after a human agent has taken over. The opposite process, where the agent removes the conversation from ClaudIA, is covered in How to Take Over a Conversation Handled by ClaudIA. How It Works What is Return to ClaudIA? When an agent finishes their part requiring a human, they reassign the conversation to ClaudIA as the responsible agent. ClaudIA then resumes support with knowledge of what the agent wrote to the customer and continues from there. How to Return a Conversation? | Where | How | | --- | --- | | In the Conversation | In Assigned Agent, on the right sidebar, select ClaudIA. It appears with the name used in your inbox. | | In the List of Conversations | Select conversations, click assign agent, and choose ClaudIA. Up to 20 conversations at a time. | | By Macro | Use a macro with the action to assign to ClaudIA. | | By Automation | Use a rule with the action to assign to ClaudIA. The rule only returns conversations that have had human support. | A confirmation message Conversation Responsible Changed appears in the conversation. What Does ClaudIA Do After Receiving the Conversation? - If the last message is from the customer, she responds immediately. - If the last message is from the agent, she waits for the customer to reply. - She uses what the agent wrote as context, so she avoids repeating what’s already resolved. - She continues with the support. If something requiring human intervention appears, she transfers back to the team as always. Can I Return the Same Conversation Multiple Times? Yes. The conversation can go to an agent and return to ClaudIA as many times as needed. Error Messages In case of any error, the conversation remains with whoever was handling it previously. Nothing is left unfinished. | Message | What to Do | | --- | --- | | "Resolved conversations cannot be returned to ClaudIA. Please reopen the conversation first." | Reopen the conversation and return it again. | | "Transfer in progress, please try again in a few seconds." | Wait a few seconds and try again. | | "The ticket is being closed, try again shortly." | Wait a few seconds and try again. | | "ClaudIA is not active in this inbox." | The inbox is not connected to ClaudIA. Contact support. | | "Select up to 20 conversations to return to ClaudIA." | Return in batches of up to 20 conversations. | | "Unable to return the conversation to ClaudIA. Please try again." | Try again. If it persists, contact support. | In batch operations, if some conversations are not returned, the message lists which ones were excluded and the reason for each. Notes - Assigning a conversation to ClaudIA via the Cloud Chat API does not return the conversation to her. Returning works through the panel, batch actions, macros, and automation. - Automatic round-robin distribution of conversations never assigns cases to ClaudIA. Conversations only return to her when someone or a rule returns them. - If your account has automation rules that always assign conversations to a person when the conversation is updated, they might remove the conversation from ClaudIA immediately after returning. Review these rules with support before using the return feature.
