Web Widget bubble formats: Default and Expanded Bubble

When to use it

  • You want to choose how the Web Widget chat bubble appears on your website
  • You want to show (or hide) a text next to the chat icon

The two formats

  • "PadrĂŁo" (Default): the bubble appears with the icon only (avatar/logo), round and discreet, with no text next to it.
  • "BalĂŁo Expandido" (Expanded Bubble): the bubble appears with the icon + the text defined in the "TĂ­tulo do disparador da Bolha do Widget" (Widget Bubble trigger title) field (e.g., "Chat with us"). The text is visible before the click.

Where to configure it

In the Web Widget inbox settings, in the bubble appearance section, choose between "PadrĂŁo" (Default) and "BalĂŁo Expandido" (Expanded Bubble). When you choose "BalĂŁo Expandido" (Expanded Bubble), fill in the "TĂ­tulo do disparador" (Trigger title) field with the text that should appear in the bubble.
