In this article, you will learn how to change the category names in the FAQ / Help Center.
Step 1: Start by clicking on the Help Center option.
Step 2: Then, click on the two indicated arrows.
Step 3: Now, click on Portal Settings.
Step 4: After that, click on Settings.
Step 5: Proceed to the categories section.
Step 6: Choose the location you want to change.
Step 7: When in the selected location, click on edit category.
Step 8: Enter the new title you'd like and finish by clicking update category.
