When to use
- You monitor operations via Kanban and need to know who is handling each conversation without opening the card.
- You used the List only to see the responsible person and wanted the same information on Kanban.
How it works
Where the responsible person appears
On the top line of the card, to the right of the channel and before the unread count: an icon of a person followed by the name.
Long names appear truncated, and the full name is shown in a tooltip when hovering over.
Conversation without a responsible person
The card remains exactly as before. It follows the same rule as the List.
Notes
- The List has not changed. It already showed the responsible person, and now both cards use the same component.
