- You need to understand which sessions ClaudIA used to answer
- You want to give feedback (positive or negative) about the use of a session
- You want to audit the conversation's final tag based on the sessions used
Prerequisites
- Access to the Painel da ClaudIA (ClaudIA Panel) with auditing permission
About this article
This FAQ explains in detail the logic behind ClaudIA's selection of the sections it uses and the tagging feature (Tagger) when a ticket is closed. It also shows how to audit this data directly in the Painel da ClaudIA to get insights through the dashboard and improve tagging.

Sessions used by ClaudIA
What are "sessΓ΅es utilizadas" (sessions used)?
Every time ClaudIA answers a customer, it consults one or more sections of the base content (N1 or N2) to build the answer. These sections are called sessions used β the knowledge blocks the AI used to formulate the answer.
Why does this matter?
-
Understanding how ClaudIA is reasoning in each answer
-
Auditing whether it is using the right content
-
Training and improving the AI's behavior by identifying incorrect usage
-
Defining the conversation's tag β the session with the highest weight influences the automatic tagging algorithm
-
Detecting a transfer to N2 β and whether it was made based on the correct content
