How it works
When enabled, it adds an automatic instruction at the end of the user's message, reinforcing the guidance already given to ClaudIA. This prevents her from making logical inferences or bringing in incorrect generic information.
Does this feature change every answer?
No. The additional instruction is only applied to informational messages with content, keeping ClaudIA's behavior aligned with the context.
What changes for users
Users get more accurate answers, better aligned with the specific context — reducing the risk of wrong or generic information.
Setup
It can be adjusted by the Cloud Humans team directly in the internal system. It is not available for direct editing by customers — this is a sensitive change that must be carefully reviewed before being implemented.
