This feature ensures that the ClaudIA agent remains with the status 'Available' on Freshchat 24 hours a day. Thus, Freshchat's automatic conversation distribution mechanism (IntelliAssign) can direct new messages to her without interruptions.
How does it work behind the scenes?
An automated process checks ClaudIA's status every minute and, whenever necessary, resets it to Available. Everything happens on our servers, with no manual action required on your side.
How can I confirm that it is working?
Open the Freshchat dashboard and check the agent ClaudIA: it should appear with the green indicator 'Online' all the time.
This feature is disabled by default in projects; to enable it, you need to contact us to request it.
