[Zendesk] Status update feature to "pending" after message sending

This feature automatically updates a ticket's status to "pending" every time a message is sent by Claudia. This way, the service flow becomes more organized, as the ticket status immediately reflects that there is a pending issue awaiting a response from the customer.

Note: This feature is disabled by default in projects and is only available for certain types of integration. To enable it, you need to contact us to request.
