We have a setting that can impact Claudia's response time, both for the first response and subsequent replies.
This setting, called Debounce, is designed to enhance Claudia's experience. Basically, it allows Claudia to wait a few seconds before returning the message.
Therefore, if a customer sends multiple fragmented messages within the same context, Claudia waits a certain amount of time to gather as much of that context as possible and thus generate a more accurate response.
