Review Improvement Center suggestions with context in hand

Last updated on Oct 20, 2026

When opening a suggestion from the Improvement Center, you can see directly on the screen which content from your database is similar to it and which conversations it originated from. This resolves a decision that previously required searching on your own: does the suggestion repeat existing content or add to it?

When to use

  • When the suggestion seems to duplicate content you already have and you need to compare the two before approving.

  • When you want to know which real conversations the suggestion came from, to judge if the problem is recurring or one-time.

  • For bulk review of the Gaps and Quality tabs, to decide faster without leaving the Improvement Center.

Prerequisites

  • Project with Improvement Center v2 enabled. The release is done on a project-by-project basis by our team.

  • Access to the Improvement Center in the side menu of ClaudIA.

How it works

The entire card opens for review

Previously, only the "Review" was clickable. Now, clicking anywhere on the card opens the details, and the "Review" becomes a real button.

Similar content with link

When the suggestion has similar content in your database, the Similar item shows which one: title, ID, and a link that opens the content for side-by-side comparison.

Origin conversations

The conversations that led to the suggestion appear in a block next to the title, with IDs. Clicking an ID opens the actual conversation in a new tab.

Standardized lines

Title, badges (action, priority, ID, "needs completing"), suggested tag and notices are stacked one under the other, in the same format on the Gaps and Quality tabs. The right-hand rail is also the same on both: the volume in bold with a supporting line underneath. "Used N times" now also appears in the suggestion's reasoning.

Notes

  • The origin conversations block appears only in suggestions for New Content. Quality suggestions do not have it, as they originate from existing content rather than a set of conversations.

  • When a suggestion can no longer be published, the modal remains open and indicates it is still queued, instead of closing without explanation.

  • The suggestion type badge only appears when there is no action badge, to avoid repeating information. In the Gaps tab, the word "Gap" is no longer repeated on each card.

  • "Gaps to fill" only appears next to the answer when the answer is long. For short answers, it appears below.
