Audio Transcription

ClaudIA is capable of understanding WhatsApp audio messages perfectly, and this functionality is available in the main helpdesks we integrate with: Cloud Chat, Zendesk, Hubspot, Intercom, among others.

Features:

  • ClaudIA detects the format of audio file links and transcribes their content using a sophisticated AI model trained for various languages (Portuguese, English, Spanish, among others).

  • The transcription is used both in vector search and when generating responses.

  • Audio messages appear in the hub as a player, accompanied by the transcription (image below).

At the moment of receiving the audio, ClaudIA immediately transcribes it, and this textual information is stored permanently. The audio itself, depending on the helpdesk, may expire after some time. Therefore, the player in the Hub in these specific cases may not work after a while, although this does not impact the customer experience or ClaudIA.
