We have made available a feature that allows for the automatic filling of a ticket field in HubSpot based on the tag that Claudia applies at the end of the service.
What is needed to activate this feature:

Create the ticket at the start of the service
The ticket must be generated as soon as the service begins and must already be linked to the conversation before Claudia ends the service. -
Choose which field will be filled
Currently, we can fill only one field per ticket, and it must be of the type:

Map Claudia's tags with the field options
It is necessary to create a mapping between the tags used by Claudia and the options available in the HubSpot field.
This mapping can be done in a spreadsheet or any format of your preference.
