Limit Responses in Low Context Cases (Enlightenment Question)

One of the controls we have to identify when ClaudIA is unable to understand or assist customers, either due to the lack of content or because the message is not concise, is the "Clarification Count" or "Enlightenment Question" feature.

With this, we instruct ClaudIA to always clarify responses through a more standardized clarification phrase, and with that, we can set a counter for how many times (at most) we want this clarification question to be sent to the customer in succession. After reaching this limit, ClaudIA escalates with the reason "Enlightenment question limit reached".
