In this article, you will better understand the new feature we have launched, which allows greater control to turn ClaudIA on and off.
We developed this feature with the moments of uncertainty about the product's stability in mind. This way, you have the freedom to turn ClaudIA on and off whenever you want. Although we hope that it won't be necessary to use this option frequently, we realized in conversations with our clients that they wanted to have this autonomy and authority.
Important: only those with a manager profile in the Hub can access this feature. If you need it, ask the owner of your account to request access through the Slack channel where we provide support.
To access this feature, simply enter the Hub.
Next, you should go to the integration section.
Once there, you can turn ClaudIA off. By clicking the button, a message will appear for you to confirm the change. After that, ClaudIA will be activated and you will receive a success message.
If you want to reactivate ClaudIA, just click here. And that's it! You will receive the message that ClaudIA has been activated again.
