ClaudIA only operates within the Conversation object in Hubspot. However, to obtain resolution data within Hubspot (especially WhatsApp, where Conversations are continuous by number), it is possible to create Automation Flows in Hubspot to generate Tickets.
Important: Our suggestion is to create simpler flows that run only at the END of the conversation with ClaudIA to avoid conflicts with her.
