Session ID Filter

What does this feature do?

When enabled, this option adds a new filter on the Conversations > Filter > Session ID used screen.

This filter allows you to search for specific conversations using the Session ID, which is useful in cases where you want to analyze interactions based on specific content.

Where to find this setting?

  1. Access the Cloud Humans Hub.

  2. Go to the side menu under Settings.

  3. In Other settings.

  4. You will see the option "Show session ID filter".
