The process for making this update is as follows:

We will get back to you with an export of all content from ClaudIA.

From there, you can fill in the tags.
- Our tags follow the standard of not having special characters (you can use a dash "-" or underscore "_" to separate tag categories).

When you send us the spreadsheet, we will create the tags in bulk within the Hub and update the content with the new tags.
If you want the tags to have a mapping to the Helpdesk, we recommend already doing the mapping for the clients.
Note: For Freshchat, there are limitations in the integration to make this mapping.
