When the flow begins with multiple messages in sequence (bubbles), they are concatenated and sent all at once, without the expected separation:

Why does this happen?
Unfortunately, this is an undesired behavior that has not yet been resolved in Controlled Flows. When the first action of the flow is returning Bubbles without prior customer interaction, the system groups everything into a single message.
When does this not happen?
If there is an interaction (customer information request) before the message sequence, the bubbles are returned separately, as expected:
