Bulk Export of Hub Contents

The goal of content extraction from the Hub is to enable mass editing in a faster and more efficient way. By providing this functionality, we make it easier to make large volume adjustments without the need to edit each piece of content directly on the platform.

After performing the bulk edit on the exported file, simply notify our support team, who will be responsible for uploading the file and applying the updates to the Hub.

How to export content from the Hub

Access the Cloud Humans Hub at:
https://hub.cloudhumans.com/en-US/projects/

Enter the desired project.

In the side menu, go to Dashboard.

Within the Dashboard, click on the Data to Export tab.

In List of all active contents for export, locate the table Contents to export.

Click on the three dots in the upper corner of the table.

Select the file format and download.

  1. Open the CSV file in Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet tool.

  2. Make the necessary edits in the following columns:

    • title

    • response

    • label

    • topic (if it exists in your project; if not, leave it blank)

    • type (type of support: N1 or N2)

  3. Important: do not modify the content ID column.
    This field ensures the correct content is updated in the Hub by overwriting properly.
